Shipping policy
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing Time
After you place your order, please give us 48–72 hours to get it packed and processed (excluding weekends and national holidays). This time is just for prep it doesn’t include the actual shipping time.
Tracking
Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send over a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Lost Packages
We totally understand how frustrating lost packages can be. But once it’s handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for items lost or misplaced during transit.
Wrong Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address by accident? If your order is returned to us:
We can refund you (minus the shipping cost), OR
We’ll happily reship it once for free just make sure the address is correct this time. If it’s returned again, you’ll need to cover the reshipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in brand new condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Label
Once you start a return, you’ll get a prepaid return label sent to your email. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of your delivery date.
What You’ll Get
Returns are processed as store credit, which you can use to exchange for something else you love.
